Mr. Correll spent 25 years with United Water Resources, a leading investor-owned water services company, where he served as chairman, president and CEO from 1991 through 2001. Under his direction, the company's market capitalization increased from $400 million to $1.8 billion and its revenue base grew from $150 million to $500 million. He is also credited with expanding the United Water customer base from 1 million in two states to 7.5 million in 19 states.
Mr. Correll serves on the boards of a variety of civic, professional and business organizations, including the Environmental Financial Advisory Board of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the National Association of Water Companies. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors of HealthSouth Corporation and is a commissioner of the New Jersey Water Supply Authority.
Mr. Correll is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and New York University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting, and master's in business administration in finance, respectively. He is also a certified public accountant in New York. He resides in Franklin Lakes, N.J., with his wife, Chris.
Ellen C. Wolf
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ellen C. Wolf is senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of American Water, the largest investor-owned U.S. water and wastewater utility company. Ms. Wolf has responsibility for all information technology and financial functions, including directing and coordinating all company financial objectives and obligations, ensuring the integrity of financial statements, developing budgets for both annual and interim periods, developing cash management investment strategies, maintaining a financially solvent organization, and leading the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance implementation project.
Prior to re-joining American Water, Ms. Wolf served as senior vice president and CFO of USEC Inc., a global energy company, a position she held since December 2003. In this role, Ms. Wolf oversaw all financial functions and was an active member of USEC's Business Conduct Committee and Benefits Administration Committee, and chaired the Benefits Investment Committee.
From 1999-2003, Ms. Wolf was employed by American Water as vice president and CFO. Over the course of her tenure, her responsibilities included finance, corporate accounting, internal audit, information technology services and customer services.
Ms. Wolf's career began with the accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells. After leaving Deloitte Haskins & Sells, from 1987-1999, she held various positions with increasing responsibility in corporate accounting, finance and business development for Bell Atlantic and several of its subsidiaries including Bell Atlantic Enterprises International, Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile and Bell Atlantic Corp.
Ms. Wolf received a bachelor's degree from Duke University and a master's in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She was named a recipient of the "50 Key Women in Energy Awards in 2001" for her leadership. Currently, she serves on the board of directors of C&D Technologies Inc. and Water For People.
Ms. Wolf is married to Richard Harris, a professor of political science at Rutgers University, and has two sons and a daughter.

She has consulted in food service, telecommunications, supply chain, high-tech, heavy manufacturing, construction and the federal government.
Prior to joining CSC, Ms. Ashworth served as an area director of Business Process Integration for Pulte Homes, managing business process and system alignment, system design, development and deployment. She has also held positions with Westinghouse Power Generation Corp., SuperVision International and the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Systems Simulation Training Division.
Ms. Ashworth holds a bachelor's degree in both industrial engineering and liberal studies from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee, where she was included in Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities.

Walter Lynch is president of regulated operations for American Water, the largest investor-owned U.S. water and wastewater utility company. A veteran of environment-related businesses for the past 15 years, Mr. Lynch originally joined American Water Services in 2001 as president of the Southwest Region, overseeing a 12-state region with multiple business lines. He was responsible for all aspects of service delivery, business development and sales and marketing. Prior to that, he spent a number of years in the solid waste and residuals business, where he led successful start-ups and high-growth organizations. He also worked for Mobil Oil Corp.

Ms. Monica has over 20 years of executive-level communications management experience, including 15 years as CEO/president of High Point Communications Group. She has extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing and measuring public relations campaigns around a wide array of complex, often controversial, issues and has demonstrated expertise in project management on multi-million dollar communications projects that utilize such integrated communications tactics as public relations, community outreach, advertising, media and presentation skills training, collateral development, Web site development, events and promotions.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Strauss was president and chief executive officer of Applied Water Management Group, American Water's only fully-integrated water and wastewater infrastructure design, build, finance, own and operate affiliate, which provides customized water and wastewater management solutions to real estate developers, industrial clients, and small to midsized communities nationwide. During his tenure, Mr. Strauss was credited with bringing to fruition projects that include the Solaire in New York City, the nation's first on-site water recycling system built inside a multi-family residential building, to winning the Governor's Environmental Excellence Award for a water reclamation project in New Jersey.
Mr. Strauss joined American Water's Applied Water Management Group in 1997 as corporate counsel and secretary. He was promoted to the position of chief operating officer in 2002, a position he held until his appointment as division president and chief executive officer in 2003.

Mr. Walsh is an experienced professional with more than 23 years in water utility operations and management. Karla Olson Teasley is president of Illinois American Water, the largest investor-owned water utility in the state, providing high-quality and reliable water and/or wastewater services to more than 1.2 million people. In this role, Ms. Teasley reinforces and strengthens customer, regulatory and local government relationships, drives operational and financial results and is the principal external contact for American Water in Illinois.
Ms. Teasley brought to Illinois American Water more than 17 years of experience in the water industry. Prior to joining American Water, Ms. Teasley was vice president of Louisville Water Co. in Kentucky. In this role, Ms. Teasley was responsible for all customer contact functions, as well as business development, capital budget and infrastructure planning, and pipeline design and construction.
Earlier, Ms. Teasley served as vice president and general counsel of Florida Water Services (aka Southern States Utilities, Inc.), providing in-house legal services, with heavy involvement in regulatory affairs and business development activities.
Ms. Teasley serves on the board of the Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois and the Illinois Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Illinois Business Roundtable, the American Water Works Association (Illinois Section) and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Teasley earned her law degree from University of Minnesota Law School and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.

Nick O. Rowe

Nick O. Mr. Rowe joined American Water in 1987 as management assistant at West Virginia American Water. He was subsequently promoted into various management positions with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of American Water facilities in several states including Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
Mr. Rowe is involved with various regulatory agencies, civic organizations and professional associations and holds board positions with the Lexington Industrial Foundation, Commerce Lexington, Central Bank Advisory Board and New Century Lexington. He will begin a two-year term as a board member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in October 2007. Mr. Rowe is also a member of the American Water Works Association and the National Association of Water Companies.
In July 2007, the Public Relations Society of America's Thoroughbred Chapter selected Mr. Rowe to receive its Communicator of the Year Award. He was selected for his leadership and open communication in the business.
Mr. Rowe holds a bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University and a master's in business administration from Lebanon Valley College.

Kathy L. Pape

Kathy L. Pape rejoined American Water in July 2007 as president of Pennsylvania American Water, the largest investor-owned water utility in the state, providing high-quality and reliable water and/or wastewater services to more than 2.1 million people. In this role, Ms. Pape leads customer, regulatory and local government relationships, drives operational and financial results, and is the principal external contact for American Water in Pennsylvania.
Prior to rejoining American Water, Ms. Pape served as senior vice president, treasurer and rate counsel for Aqua America Inc., with responsibility for all financing activities, billing, rates and regulatory filings, budgeting and long-range planning. In this role, she led the company's effort to manage numerous successful rate cases resulting from its growth from a one-state system to 13 states with hundreds of systems, and reduced the company's long-term debt costs, saving the company and rate payers.
From 1994 to 1999, Ms. Pape was employed by American Water as regional counsel and finance manager, where her responsibilities included rates and regulatory affairs, finance, budgeting and customer service for 10 states.
She has also worked as vice president and corporate counsel for General Waterworks Management and Service Co., as assistant counsel to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and as an assistant consumer advocate for the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate.
Ms. Pape has more than 25 years of experience in the utility industry and is a nationally recognized expert on the water and wastewater industries.
Active in her community, Ms. Pape has dedicated 15 years of service to Whitpain Township as a member and Chair of its Planning Commission and as a member of its Zoning Hearing Board. She also sits on the board of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Board of Trustees of Gwynedd Mercy Academy.
Ms. Pape holds a bachelor's degree from Edinboro University, a law degree from Dickinson School of Law and a master's in taxation from Villanova University School of Law.

Wayne Morgan
President, West Virginia American Water
Wayne Morgan is president of West Virginia American Water, the largest investor-owned water utility in the state, providing high-quality and reliable water services to more than 581,000 people. He is the principal contact for American Water in West Virginia and is dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with state and local officials, regulators and customers. Mr. Morgan also works closely with local operating staffs to continue to enhance performance.
Mr. Morgan has more than 25 years of experience in the management, operation, planning, design and construction of water and wastewater systems. In 1991, Mr. Morgan joined American Water and has held increasingly responsible positions in operations and engineering at West Virginia American Water including vice president of Operations for American Water subsidiaries in Iowa, Kentucky, Long Island, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2006, Mr. Morgan accepted the position of vice president of Service Delivery in the Northeast Region of American Water. Under his leadership, the business operations performed exceptionally well, particularly in environmental and operational compliance.
Prior to joining American Water, Mr. Morgan worked with an engineering consulting firm in Charleston, W.Va., conducting design and construction management of water and wastewater systems facilities in West Virginia and Kentucky. He also served as a section manager in their Washington, D.C. office from 1988 to 1991 and was responsible for providing environmental services in Washington, D.C., Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
Mr. Morgan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Water Works Association and the National Council for Public and Private Partnerships, for which he served as chairman of the Water Institute in 2002. He served on the Board of the New Jersey Alliance for Action from 2005 to 2007. The Alliance is a consortium of business, labor, government and academic leaders dedicated to creating jobs, improving the economy and protecting the environment by improving the state's infrastructure and enabling it to meet the needs of a growing New Jersey. He was also the American Water System representative for the U.S. Conference of Mayors Business Council in 2000.
Mr. Morgan received his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, and has written and spoken frequently on numerous topics within the water industry.

David K. Little
President, Ohio American Water
David K. Little is president of Ohio American Water, which provides high quality and reliable water and/or wastewater services to more than 209,000 people. In this role, he reinforces and strengthens customer, regulatory and local government relationships, drives operational and financial results and is the principal external contact for American Water in Ohio.
Mr. Little most recently served as general manager for Ohio American Water, serving nine water and three wastewater districts across Ohio. Mr. Little joined American Water in 1978 and held various positions in the labor force. In 1985, Mr. Little was promoted to the newly created position of customer service supervisor in the Marion District. In the years to follow, he held increasing responsible positions in the Tiffin District of Ohio American Water and the Richmond District of Indiana American Water.
Mr. Little has been active in and held leadership positions in various environmental and civic organizations throughout his career. Mr. Little has been utilized by American Water Systems, regulatory agencies, civic organizations, and educators to speak and train on a wide variety of topics. He is also an instructor for the Operators Training Committee of Ohio. Mr. Little was recently elected as Chairman of the National Association of Water Companies, Ohio Chapter.
Mr. Little holds a master's degree in business administration from Tiffin University and an Ohio EPA Class III Operator Certificate from the Ohio EPA.

Mr. Gloriod joined American Water in 1999 and served as president of Illinois American Water. Between 1999 and 2004, Mr. Gloriod served as president of Illinois American Water and Iowa American Water.
Prior to joining American Water, Mr. Gloriod had been with Continental Water Company, the water subsidiary of National Enterprises, Inc., for nearly 30 years, spending most of that time with its largest subsidiary, St. Louis County Water Company. He served as Continental's vice president of Operations where he supervised engineering and operations of the Continental subsidiary companies. He also served as chairman of each of Continental's four former subsidiaries: St. Louis County Water Company, Northern Illinois Water Company, Northwest Indiana Water Company, and Long Island Water Company in New York.
Mr. Gloriod is a registered Professional Engineer and a Diplomat in the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. He has been an active participant in a variety of professional organizations, including the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the AWWA Research Foundation, and the National Association of Water Companies. He is a board member of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and Southwestern Illinois Leadership Council.

Mr. Earnhardt is a member of the boards of directors of several organizations including Family Resources, Inc. (Past Chairman), American Red Cross of the Quad Cities Area (Past Chairman), Scott County Family Y (Past Chairman), Quad City Development Group (Past Chairman), River Action, Inc., DavenportOne and Junior Achievement of the Heartland. (Fire and Medical Supply Company).
Mr. Earnhardt holds a bachelor's degree from Brown University and has completed additional studies at the University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania State University and in the Master of Business Administration program at St. Ambrose University. Mr. Earnhardt has earned certifications in Pennsylvania and Indiana including Class A Waterworks Operator, Grade AT Water Treatment Plant Operator and Grade DSL Water Distribution System Operator.

John R. Bigelow

John R. Mr. Bigelow joined American Water in 1994 and successfully held a number of senior management positions during his tenure. He most recently served as American Water's senior vice president of Regulatory Programs and Enterprise Risk Management, where he co-led the company's national efforts to secure regulatory divestiture approvals in multiple states.
Mr. Bigelow also served as the company's chief financial officer from December 2003 to February 2006 and was primarily responsible for the financial activities of the company.
Mr. Bigelow is not new to American Water's New Jersey operations. He served as vice president and treasurer of New Jersey American Water and director, vice president and treasurer of New Jersey American Resources Co. In these positions, his overall responsibilities included leadership of accounting procurement, information services, finance, business development, customer service, rates, and contract pricing and negotiation.
Mr. Bigelow began his career with GPU System Companies, where he spent a total of 18 years in various leadership roles in the finance area.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University and a master's in business administration from St. Joseph's University.
